On a Vision washer, dr:10 means the motor asked for more power than the inverter allows, so its limiter shut the drive down. Bosch names two causes, an overloaded drum and friction in the mechanism. Its remedies, inspecting the load, the suspension and the door gasket, say it plainly: something is making the drum hard to turn.
1. Remove some laundry so the drum is no more than loosely full. 2. Kill the washer circuit at the breaker first. 3. Open the door and turn the empty drum by hand. 4. Listen and feel for dragging, rumbling or a catch. 5. Restore power and try a small load. A drum that drags points to friction in the machine.
The drum should not be packed. A good rule is to leave room for a hand's width above the clothes. Heavy items like blankets count for more than their size.
It often means worn bearings or a damaged suspension. Left alone it gets louder and can damage the tub, so it is worth having checked.
They share causes. dr:15 is the early warning, logged as the motor nears the limit, while dr:10 is the actual shutdown. Fixing the load or friction stops both.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
