Whenever two or more touch keys register as held down for a full ten seconds, or the keypad itself contains several dead keys, the oven shows E032. Key presses are ignored and heating pauses for as long as it lasts. The manual adds that things return to normal by themselves as soon as no pad registers as held, which is why wiping the glass so often cures it.
1. Turn the power off at the breaker. 2. Wipe the whole panel with a barely damp cloth, paying attention to greasy film, then dry it. 3. Leave it for a few minutes before restoring power. 4. Moisture, oils and other contaminants are the first things to rule out before suspecting the board.
Hot, humid air escaping around the door can condense on a cool touch panel. Humid Houston kitchens make this more common, and a wipe-down usually clears it.
The code pauses heating rather than starting it, which is the safe response. We still suggest cleaning the panel and checking that nothing is leaning on the keys.
If a careful wipe-down and a reset do not clear E032, the keypad assembly or the board is the likelier cause. We diagnose first and give a written price before any repair.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
