Weston Lakes is a gated golf community between Fulshear and Simonton, bordered by the Brazos River. It incorporated as a city in 2008, and its private roads wind past homes ranging from patio houses to estates on several acres.

Fort Bend County MUD 81, created in 1985, provides water and sewer to about three-quarters of Weston Lakes, including the golf course and club. The remaining quarter is served by Aqua Texas, a private water and sewer company.

Weston Lakes is a gated community, so we need your gate code or visitor instructions before the visit. We reach it from FM 1093, and because it is on the western edge of our area, visits are usually scheduled for the next day. Tell us your street when you book, since the private roads can be long.
Homes here vary widely in age and size, from compact patio homes to large custom houses. Custom kitchens sometimes have built-in appliances set into cabinetry, which makes repairs more involved.
