Your oven acts as if a finger is resting on one key forever, and E011 appears. The control board reads a button as permanently held down, so it may ignore other keys or refuse to start. Grease, moisture or a damaged pad under the panel are the usual reasons, since touch keys react to anything that changes the signal across them.
1. Turn the oven off at the breaker. 2. Wipe the whole panel with a barely damp cloth to lift grease and splashes, then dry it fully. 3. Wait a few minutes, restore power, and see if E011 is gone. If it comes back, the pad under the glass or the board needs a professional look.
Residue can sit under the glass where a cloth cannot reach, or the membrane itself may be worn. A code that survives cleaning generally points to a damaged pad.
It depends on which key reads as pressed. A held Start or Cancel key can interfere with operation, so we would hold off on cooking until it is inspected.
It depends on whether the pad, the membrane or the board needs replacing. We diagnose first and give you a written price, and our work carries a 30-day workmanship warranty.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
